If the download is marked as an upgrade and you have not received the complete installation package, DO NOT download as it will only contain the upgraded executable to replace the version that you are currently using. 

In some instances, you will be requesting authorization to download software and you will be emailed a URL and/or password to complete the download. This will be noted on the download page.
